As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial team and ensure that processes, activities, and deliverables are executed with high quality. You bring structure to our sales and marketing processes, follow up on internal contributions, and ensure effective use of CRM and other tools.

Job Description

As our Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will act as a key link between sales, marketing, product, and operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong customer experience, proper documentation of activities, and efficient execution of campaigns and events.

You can expect a varied workday, combining analytical, coordinating, and hands-on tasks.

Key responsibility:

Sales, CRM Support and Quality Assurance

• Own and maintain high-quality data on customer activities in CRM

• Generate relevant reports and insights for sales and marketing

• Drive structure, data quality, and continuous improvement of the customer journey

• Provide hands-on administrative support to keep sales activities moving

Marketing Support

• Support the planning and flawless execution of webinars, seminars, and events

• Manage invitations, registrations, and participant follow-up end-to-end

• Coordinate logistics for both physical and digital activities

• Track, document, and follow up on all marketing activities

Internal Coordination and Initiatives

• Support and drive internal sales, marketing, and communication initiatives

• Contribute to internal newsletters and ensure effective information sharing

• Act as a key link between sales, marketing, and the wider organization

• Coordinate cross-functional activities and keep teams aligned

• Take on floor manager responsibilities when needed

• Handle ad hoc tasks

Qualifications: 

• Relevant education in marketing, sales, business, or administration

• Experience from sales support, marketing, or a coordination role is an advantage

• Strong interest in technology and digital tools

• Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) is a plus

• Solid system understanding and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
